The Idaho Food Safety Exam consists of 40 multiple-choice and true or false questions. Answering 75% of the questions correctly is required for a passing score. Each attempt has a time limit of 45 minutes. The exam allows an unlimited number of attempts; each attempt will provide a different set of questions from content in the Food Safety Manual.
